Modern and clean, short walk from beach. Good value for money. 3 bedroom apartment was clean, tidy, and well maintained. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We attended my grandson's 21st which was held at Imbibe, just down the road so it was convenien, comfortable, warm and more than we expected

The buzzer on the office door didn't work when we wanted to check in so had to telephone to say we were downstairs waiting to check in.

Good location for a short easy drive to the Airport and Mount Maunganui and well laid out clean accomodation with drive in lockable garage.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel! The location, being just across the road from the beach, was unbeatable. I could easily walk to the beach whenever I wanted, making my stay even more enjoyable. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The room amenities were fantastic, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, a comfortable sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. It felt like a home away from home.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay absolutely wonderful.

Location was good and served us well for a girls weekend away.

Lack of on site parking - Off stree parking was not near by as it was on a main road.

Everything was great - no complaints and lots of room for the family. Great to have 2 TVs in the apartment for those rainy days.

The hotel has a fantastic beachside location, just a stone's throw away from an awesome beach. the rooms are surprisingly spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good kitchen facilities. Some rooms even have an enclosed garage, adding an extra level of convenience.

Some guests report noise issues from traffic and water tightness problems in the older apartments which haven't yet been renovated.

Great Location, Good Facilities, Friendly Staff

If you're looking for a prime location, this hotel may suffice. It is situated in a great area and easily accessible. I also found the facilities to be adequate for my needs. The staff were friendly and accommodating during our short stay.

The room was not clean on our arrival. The decor was also quite outdated, making for an unattractive atmosphere.

Close to the beach and local mall, spacious with a great full kitchen. Beds were comfortable and there was secure off-street parking.

It was very humid and the apartment felt very wet ie the sofas and beds were damp.

Good value for money, space for families and close to beach

Internet connection for $6.50 was not good value for money-it was supposed to be a 24 hour supply charge but was actually for a very limited amount of megabytes
